Chris Lehman is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SafeGuard Cyber. Chris is a seasoned senior executive with more than 20 years of experience working for some of the highest growth and most successful technology companies in the world.

Most recently Chris was the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for ExtraHop where over 4 years he helped lead their transformation into Cyber Securities leading Enterprise Network Detection and Response (NDR) company. During Chris' time at ExtraHop he was responsible for all Go to Market functions and they grew their ARR over 700% culminating in the successful sale of the business to Bain Capital and Crosspoint Ventures. Prior to ExtraHop Chris held senior leadership positions at FireEye, Salesforce.com, EMC, and Documentum. Chris holds a BA in Communications with a minor in Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University.
Otavio is the President, CTO & Co-Founder at SafeGuard Cyber, responsible for developing and innovating the company’s security and compliance platform and providing global enterprise customers with visibility and protection across social media and digital channels.

Jim has been a founder of start-up organizations as both an entrepreneur and an intrapreneur for the past 30 years.
Frank Policastro is the Chief Financial and Business Operations Officer for SafeGuard Cyber, responsible for strategic planning, implementation, and management of all financial activities as well as leading all business operations functions.

Jim is the Senior Vice President of Engineering, Professional Services, and Cloud Services at SafeGuard Cyber and is responsible for overall engineering, technology development, CISO, and cloud operations.

Lisa is the Senior Vice President of Marketing at SafeGuard Cyber, responsible for the company’s global marketing strategy that is positioned around the safeguarding of human connections.

Her team bridges the gap between complicated cyber technology and applying it to real world use cases and clients. Lisa was recognized as one of the Top 25 Women Leaders in Cybersecurity by The Software Report in 2021.
Steven is the Vice President of WW Sales Engineering at SafeGuard Cyber, a seasoned senior executive with more than 20 years of experience working for some of the highest profile cyber security and technology companies in the world.
