From parking lot attendant for the Texas Rangers to the mail room, with a side hustle in political campaign management, to the IT help desk and beyond. Her path, like so many I’ve spoken to, is unconventional. But a few principles stand out: do the job with excellence, be curious and willing to learn, and shoot your shot.
